1951 Founded as the private company Kitahara Shigeki Store
1954 Kitahara-Shiki Manufacturing Co., Ltd. established with a capital stock of half a million yen.
1963 Capital stock increased to 3 million yen.
1964 Yokohama factory built in Kohoku-ku, Yokohama.
1967 Capital stock increased to 10.5 million yen.
1973 Capital stock increased to 20 million yen.
Settlement month of accounts changed from October to June.
1975 Yamagata factory completed in Fujishima-cho, Yamagata.
1982 Ibaraki factory built in Sashima-cho, Ibaraki.
